Cancelling or changing the appointment
We have a high number of appointments that are missed and go uncancelled.
Uncancelled appointments cost a lot of time, money and the ability to see see other patients.
Please inform the practice as soon as possible if you are unable to attend your appointment.
You can cancel on the NHS app, Patient Access or by calling 0161 277 6939.
We have a policy of three DNA’s and then you are removed from the practice list and will not be allowed to register again.
Please speak to reception if you have any questions.

Home Visits
If you require the medical attention of a doctor but are unable to attend the surgery, please contact the surgery before 10:30. This will enable staff to manage the daily workload and ensure doctors availability.
Practice reception staff will log your request in the appointment diary and the doctors will telephone you during the course of the morning to discuss this request.
Home visits are only available for patients who are housebound because of illness or disability.
Please remember that several patients can be seen in the practice in the time that it takes to make one home visit. There are also better facilities for examining and treating patients at the Health Centre.
